Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Kalea Arrangements ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, subscribing to our service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
Kalea Arrangements provides bespoke flower arrangements, bouquets, wedding flowers, bloom bar hire, floral workshops, and monthly flower subscriptions in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Full details of each service are available on the relevant pages of our website.
Orders & Custom Work
All bouquets and arrangements are made to order. We recommend placing orders at least 48-72 hours in advance. For weddings and large events, we will agree details and pricing with you in writing before proceeding. Prices may vary depending on flower availability, seasonality, and design complexity.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Payment for one-off orders is due as agreed at the time of ordering. Payment for subscriptions is processed monthly via our payment provider. We reserve the right to adjust prices with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions will be honoured at the agreed rate until renewal.
Monthly Subscriptions
Our monthly flower subscriptions are billed in advance via our payment provider. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time by contacting us. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partially used billing periods, but you will receive any deliveries already paid for.
Delivery
We deliver across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Subscription deliveries are made on the 1st Sunday of each month. Delivery fees, if applicable, will be confirmed at the time of ordering. We are not liable for delays outside our control. Someone must be available to receive the delivery, or a safe place must be specified.
Cancellations & Refunds
As our products are bespoke and made to order, we do not offer refunds for custom arrangements once work has begun. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the agreed date may receive a full or partial refund at our discretion. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time as described above.
Weddings & Events
For weddings and large events, we may require a deposit to secure your date. The deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 8 weeks of the event. Final balances are due 14 days before the event date. We will confirm all terms in writing at the time of booking.
Limitation of Liability
We take every care in preparing your flowers, but as natural products, slight variations in colour, size, and availability may occur. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order or subscription in question.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
